My dad is confused and believes that presents are opened on boxing day. I don't give a shit when they are opened because there is nothing seemingly big or exciting under the tree for me, but it does piss me off that dad doesn't believe me, even when I send him several articles about western christmsa traditions. I just wish we celebrated New Year's Eve and didn't bother with this Christmas shit. I don't usually get good presents from the family anyway.

Merry Christmas to all!  I missed my boys, but we had fun and a great dinner at mom's. Just the 3 of us. And I'm teaching her how to use her new laptop. We played Betty Boop crosswords and she learned to not hold down the keys or you get 12 blocks of the letter "J!" lol Oh my.
She got me stamps to make cards and also watercolor pencils before Christmas so I could make cards. And she gave us each $25. Since hubby got a big air compressor and I got my pc a few months ago we didn't exchange gifts. Those are it for a while for us.
