do u use anything like shoes, etc. when using heel-toe?

me i wear nothing or only socks..

can u tell me how u do it properly because i easily get tired!

UM... I'm pretty sure he means the old heel toe technique smartguy. I wear soccer shoes. (Football for you europeans) they are light and I can feel my pedals easily, but you just need to build stamina in order to not get tired.
