My site keeps fucking up whenever I put large amounts of text. I imagine it has something to do with tables but I don't know what to do.

something like that is usually a problem with tables. did you set margins on the page=0? no cell spacing/padding? align=left for the cell/row? valign=top?

you may need to make the bottom left with your menu a little different. maybe i can draw it out

add that cell by making that area part of a new row. then make the big "main" area that holds text and whatnot rowspan=2. that should keep it from resizing the left area when it needs to expand the row.

ok i forgot how to do preformatted text. maybe u can still get the idea. add a cell under the menu, making a new row. then set the big right side to rowspan=2 so that it's kind of like:
