Actually, I do. I smack on some ambient stuff and just sorta...sleep...kinda...but not totally.

Meditating is great. I would recomend researching it, it can bring piece of mind and enable you to think diffrently. If you do it for long enough, it actually becomes a trip and you fall into a dream like state, but without sleeping. And falling asleep is not meditating, its just relaxing.

In case you were referring to me, I don't actually fall asleep, I fall into the dream like state you spoke of. I just didn't know how to put it into words because I don't speak English very well.

Sounds like something i'd like, but i'm always surrounded by distractions, so it's hard to just completely relax and be "at peace".

You should get a book on it, and go to some place peacefull as often as youd like and do it, it really relaxes the mind. You also realize lots of new things. Once you do it enough and master it (which is difficult), its resmblent to a phycedelic trip.

Fuck yeah I meditate. I practice the Kundalini Meditation method and I've had several OBEs of the highest level. Oneness and religious...which most astral travelers think is impossible but I've reached it. I used to practice it on DXM and after about 5 OBEs (out of body expirences) I am now able to project myself without the drug. Magical herbs help a lot with my concentration though  I have some crazy stories about kundalini meditation but I'm too tired to share now.
Everytime I practice this, I end up having lucid dreams which are dreams you are conscious in.
Anyone that wants to try this it takes a long time to be able to seperate your physical body and your astral body so its not for impatient people. Also get the 3 Osho and Deuter Kundalini Meditation songs off kazaa or something. Those are old songs from buddist munks that are tribal drums and chime bells....real cool shit. Also the Cybersharman Theta Brainwave is something useful and you can find that on kazaa too. |

i do sometimes...when i practiced it, it was kinda like going asleep, but instead of sleeping i was concious...and it felt as if i was falling into this hole or something...kinda weird to describe...
actualy, for a metal forum, the negative replies here are not so numerous..
