RCMP vs. Iron Maiden
Recently, Iron Maiden have reissued several of their classic albums in a new slip case with a picture of Eddie in a Mountie uniform. If you are Canadian you probably know what I am talking about, if not, I will try to find a picture on the net somewhere. Actually, the last issue of BW&BK featured a similar picture on the front. Any ways, the RCMP have told Maiden and their record company (EMI I think) to stop producing and selling these because the Mountie uniform is a registered trade mark. So, if any of you out there bought these reissue's (only available in Canada, sorry) hold on to them, cause they may be worth a bit of money some day.

Since I'm a dinosaur I'll share this. You may be very right in that statement. A friend of mine has an unopened Lp of the original Beatles album that was issued with the dismembered babydolls on it and it's worth a pretty penny now. It was a pulled cover due to the controversial nature back then. Mild by today's standards, but she hung onto it.
That's a cool looking cover.

My moms still has her childhood records. Kiss, AC/DC, Barry Mandalow, Cher, Led Zeppelin, and so on. Wow, those are some collectors.....worth a ton, 'cause we got two book shelves of 'em.
