Goddamn...
Why am i so pissed off at everything lately? Sometimes it feels as if i've lost the passion to do anything.Nothing seems to interest me... my friends,my gf,my sport,my life,even music.Don't know why stuff like this roams in my mind,sometimes i really feel like i'm sick of it all.People tell me i need to take a break,that it's just stress or some shit but i'm fucking tired of breaks,i'm tired of everything.

I'm in a pretty shitty mood,maybe it'll fly over.I hope it will but everytime i motivate myself to work harder,to give more,to be better;in the end it usually means nothing.Everything always stays the same,the nicer you are to people the more they stab you in the back,the more you give the more they take,the harder you work the harder your work gets.Sometimes i get the feeling nothing matters anyway,everything is fake,everything is shit,everything sucks.I hate that feeling,maybe it's me the problem and not life.

READING OR TRY TO CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE, CUT YOUR HAIR OR LET THEM GROW,
DUMP YOUR GIRLFRIEND AND SUDDENLY BECOME GAY, KILL YOUR PARENTS, RAPE YOUR DOG OR ..... SEE WHAT I MEAN ?. DO THE THINGS DIFFERENTLY.

ok, what ever you do, DO NOT committ suicide. The best advice is to just sit through it and let it pass you by, watch some movies, relax, listen to music, its not gonna be like that all the time, believe me, i've been through it, just relax and sit through it, yes, it'll suck, but letting it pass is the only thing i can recommend.

Yes. Beer never gets people into ruts and isn't the least bit of a depressant.
My advice would be very selective about the advice you receive, especially in the moronresplendant Chit Chat metaltabs forum, and, at the very least, enjoy the fact that as soon as you mentioned any problems you were having these people were willing to come with, in general, wellmeaning, if not necessarily particularly helpful, advice, which probably counts for something. If weijia tried the same, he'd get laughed at and called a cunt. So, what I'm saying is: be glad you're not weijia.

You need a bigger purpose in life. Find something that you can work at everyday, that you enjoy, and that will help you get through the shittier, more depressing parts of the day.
I work 40 hours a week at a horrible job and go to school full time for something I don't really enjoy. However, when I get free time, I am able to work on my band. Knowing that helps me get through the redundant parts of the day.

I get a lot of shit these days. My gf left me not because of me but because of her mother,she hates my guts allthough everybody else in her family likes me.But the problem is she lives with her mother and she treatened to kick her out.We've been together for more than 8 months and it was heaven.Except her mother who would continually talk into her head and propagate false shit about me.Dammit some people suck so much...

What I do when I get down is I just listen to the "darker" or more "violent" parts of my music collection (Nile and Dimmu instead of Iced Earth and Megadeth), take looong walks at night (I live in the country side in Sweden, so it's not risky), or (if it's a weekend) walk to my gf (she lives 10km from me) and just spend the rest of the night with her. That usually helps me get up from the shit.
btw, do you have any type of possibilty to get your gf to live somewhere else (like you two living together, or you helping her pay for an appartment) so her mom wouldn't have that much say in the matter?

I had that too once, but with both her parents... so eventually she got brainwashed that she broke up with after 7 months... "but we can still be friends!" , so I never called her again...
