Ok, so I've had this idea in my head for quite some time. I've been thinking about creating a website that would have a database of as many metal guitaist as possible, each band would have its own page with the different guitarist and a list of their gear and a brief description of the tones tehy have achieved aswell as their style. Not to mention a tab or high quality of a song which best represents the guitar player's style. Ofcourse I would not include certain bands at my decrestion. Please replay, e-mail, or pm me if you have alot ofinfo on bands set up, would do graphics, or if you think this is a stupid/good idea, all feedback is appreciated.

EDIT: Also, I was thinking of reviewing products from a metal players perspective. And lessons on different metal techniques.

just pick all bands you know, and do a piece about the guitarists in it.

Sounds like a good idea, especially reviews from a metalplayers perspective (a blues guy saying a dist pedal has "balls" doesn't tell me a lot)
