I don't yet have a policy on flavoured liquor, due to lack of research, and so I can only pass judgement on flavoured beers and ales. Their problem is that they kill your sense of beer and make drinking accessible to people who don't know how to drink. Schnapps and Smirnoff Ice, et cetera, have the same problem. Because, if liquor tastes REALLY GOOD even to people who aren't used to it, they'll drink a lot without knowing how to take it, and they'll have no way to keep track of how much they're drinking. All of a sudden you've got people throwing up their livers in the back seat of taxis. Not cool at all.

But, even if this were not the case, I'd be against flavoured beer, because, as I said, it kills the sense of what beer is. I mean, for fuck's sake, there's CRANBERRY flavoured beer out there. That will give you a combination colon/prostate cancer if you even LOOK at an open bottle. Maple flavoured isn't as bad, but really, what is?

Why does everyone fel it necessary to name a beer or sumthin?!?!?! I know beer tastes good but it has nothing on coca~cola!
