I know this isn't something that i read alot about in these treads(or I do, but I'm so stupid that i wouldn't seen culture if it hit me in the face...). Anyway, I live in Norway, and we have some kind of culture, i think... And i was wondering, what is the most typical thing about YOUR culture?

In norway we eat whole sheepheads (it's called smalahovud, and they say that the eyes taste really good, yummy).

Do YOU eat or do something special? Something that you don't know if other people from other countries(or cultures) do?

well, alrite, i'll tell ya one thing. in my culture, we eat cow brains. it is quite a delicacy. we eat it all the time. actually not all the time. but when we do eat it, we marinate it in whatever, and eat it with bread. it tastes like cow fat, because brains are usually mostly fat. it has a unique texture.

Australians revel in a couple of things:

Vegemite - an unbelievably salty yeast extract we put on sandwiches and toast. We think it's great. Everyone else thinks it's fucking disgusting.

BBQ's - more a cultural event, but enormous conjunctions of meat, beer and usually some kind of major televised sports match. Can't remember how many of these I've been to.

Not being able to be defined - I think we like being multicultural. Well, most of us. I think it fucking rocks. Within a few streets of my house, I can get French wine, Malaysian Laksa, Thai Curry, American fast food SHIT or a Vietnamese hooker. And many other things besides.

Germas like beer. And we've got many different types. The normal beer you can get everywhere in Germany. Bavarian type: just huge pints (app. 1 liter) with yeast. In Colgone you get normally just one type of beer. It's quite sweet but not strong. In Düsseldorf you get just one type of beer, too: "old beer". It's dark beer. Between Cologne and Düsseldorf there is a culutral war, because of beer, ice hockey, soccer and carnival.
BTW some say beer was the cause for the settlement of the humans race.

BBQ's are quite big over here, too.

Soccer, that's the biggest thing for many people in Germany. After soccer, Formula 1 is popular

Although Germany is a quiter small countrsy we have many different favourite meals.
E.g. people in the north eat much fish. Where i live is French fries with curry sausage quite popular. People in the south are quite strange. Especially the Bavarians. They eat "white sausages" with sweet mustard, and other strange meals.

Anyways, some traditional foods are like, "Koskenkorva", a Kind of booze, very tasty and warms you up greatly.

Then we drink "Kossu", and speak traditional things, such as "PERKELE!!!!"
