I guess technically he hasn't done anything but make statements. A plan needs to be uncovered if they are going to make anything stick but I agree the rifles raise a concern. I wonder how this will turn out for him. Perhaps he really was planning something.

Read a bit more about this and it seems that he and his wife have been released after the investigation. No crime in being a loud month asshead. He had to expect something like this but he does love the attention.
