RIP Mr. LaLanne
You exercise enthusiasts take some tips from this guy. I grew up watching his shows with my mom and working out to his "Chicken Fat" song. He used to have his wife and 2 pretty German shepherds on the show. I can still picture him doing jumping jacks.
