Joel McIver's "100 Greatest Metal Guitarists" list?

could someone kindly list all 100 of them?

it's from a book called 100 greatest metal guitarists by joel mciver, not the digitaldreamdoor.com or guitar world's 100 metal guitarists version.

I know it would be really tiring, but I would really appreciate it.

I checked around the net and could only find the book. If you have a library account maybe it's an online book or they can get one at your local one for you. I don't know for sure, but posting the list on the net without the author's permission might be a violation of his copyrights. That might be why it's elusive to find on the net.

You can read through some of the book on that page - I just checked and it gives you the index at the back of the book which contains all of the names. That's as close as you're likely to get without actually obtaining a copy yourself.

You can tell who are near the top due to the high page numbers in the index.
