Metal sites

Just wondering I've been going to the site www.bnrmetal.com in order to get the lastest on metal bands however it is rarely updated. I'm just wondering if any of you guys have any better metal sites than this that frequently update?

bnr is really a kick ass site for band info. however, if you are looking for particular news, you can go to that bands website, or ask here, or go to blabbermouth.com

blabbermouth is updated all the time.
