Favorite Way of Pick Tapping? Vote in the poll!

Well, I voted Finger but I don't use my index, I use my middle finger so that I don't have to worry about moving my pick.

depends on what speed i want to go, with the pick you loose a lot of tone, but it sounds really fast, and with any finger you'll loose some of the possible speed, but the notes sound much fuller. More often than not, i'll use my middle or index finger.

Where's the option for index, middle, ring, and pinky all at once? Hah...I do my middle finger the most because I get better control but the pick can be way faster.

Depends on what im tapping. Fast like the begening of crazy train solo i use pick. If im sweeping and slap a tap on there ill use my middle or ring finger. I also like to sweep and tap with my first 3 fingers. Doesnt neccesarily sound good but it's fun.

I only use my pick when I want to get that "tremelo-like" sound. For normal tapping (Eruption etc) I use my middle finger.

I often use my pick to get that note to sound off strong.

I always use my fingers, since I learnt tapping on bass first, and who uses a pick to play bass, eh? Besides, I think it would be kinda hard to tap with a pick on bass anyway.

i'm with the middle finger people. transitions from picking to tapping and back just seem faster that way. you don't have to move the pick around and change the position of your thumb and index fingers.
