well boys and girls i moved to the city for drug treatment. probably not what youd expect from me eh lol. my avatars a cap of hunny oil. but anyways this treatment is gona keep me from jail. last febuary my house got raided and i got caught with roughly 6 oz. of powder and crack cocaine. along with sum pot and oil and shit. ill be here for a while so any tips on how to keep clean? without losing sanity?

there really isn't any easy path to take to avoid some sort of discomfort if you are addicted to a drug. your best bet is to man up and tough it out. another thing that is a major problem for people in your situation is that they don't WANT to quit. which leads them to hang out with people that still use, then they make some kind of excuse for themselves so they can do it just "once" which of course continues and gets them right back where they started.

you have to want to quit to make it easier. (note, i didn't say easy)

also..think about how much you were spending. not sure how into whatever drugs you were into, but if you were heavily into anything...even weed; chances are that you spent more on that one drug alone, per month, than you would've on power, water, and cable internet..possibly even rent itself.

edit..funny thing is, i'm listening to chain of strength while typing this.

keep your mind off that shit.

read, write anything, take up a physical activity, anything... just dont turn to jesus

Since I've had my dog, I haven't purchased any illegal substances. I drink a lot of beer, but that's tight. lolol.

The pluses of having a dog:

1) have a relationship not built on the abuse of illegal substances
2) they are fuckin loyal

well listen, i used to do drugs a lot too. I'll tell you this: If you are motivated enough, it will be easy, if your mind really want it. Indeed, change your friends will help. But everything is in your mind, not in the mind of your friends, my friends still take drugs and i totally stopped, even pot. And im still friend with them.

So, if you are really motivated, you will stop it in 1 2 3, without any problem and you will feel so good after. Okay i drink beers a loooot. But i physically and psychologically i feel so much better.

try to get friends that would understand you.
