Bands that have vocals with MOTHERFUCKING POWER
Priest. Painkiller album. Nuff said.
Manowar. The DEFINITION of power. So much power that Eric Adams' powerscreams are the leading cause of death in infants.
DivineFire - Out of the shadows. Motherfucking powerscream right in the intro. And if you don't brace yourself for it, you WILL shit your pants.
King Diamond - He mostly focuses on high-pitchedness instead of power, but he had a couple good ones. the aaaaah, Aaaaah AAAAAHH!!! part of A mansion in darkness is what i'm talking about.
Forbidden, Agent Steel, etc.
Gimme some more.
and no pussy shit. that means you, dream theater.

+1
awesome cover!
Pantera- Far beyond Driven and TGSK have some of the most powerful and aggressive vocals from Phil.
Dying Fetus and Misery Index have lots of power and aggression also, plus they got the groove which i fucking love.
Putrid Pile
Psycroptic
Morbid Angel-I like Dave Vincents vocals better than Steve Tucker, but hes not bad though

symphony x's new album paradise lost has some mad vocals
Randy from Lamb of God is sick
testament is alright for vocals, from first strike still deadly
Slayer's Tom has powerful vocals, just not that good

Frank Mullen on any early Suffocation material.

I saw Brett do something like a 45 second scream back in August when Malevolent Creation played here in L.A., his breath control is goddamn incredible, was the same volume all the way through.
Two singers who I've always thought were powerful as fuck are Devin Townsend (his early solo stuff and album with Vai was monstrous work) and Chris Cornell, especially on Badmotorfinger. I've never heard anyone do pitched screams like that ever since.

Yes
and yes.
Sebastian Bach on the first Skid Row album, imo one of the best vocalists ever for that genre. Powerful.

Good question. Do you mean power like I-fuck-pigs early Dying Fetus power, or Watch-your-windows Operation Mindcrime power, or both & either?

Have to mention:
Testament: all albums but especially The Gathering
Slayer: diabolus in Musica, God Hates us All, Well..... all except for Divine Intervention (which the song is ok but in my opinion the album left a lot to desire)
Paradise Lost - listen to them all the time. BTW Can anyone help me with Grey of their self titled album - guitar tab that is.
Anthrax
Megadeth: World needs a Hero, System has Failed, United Abomination - and all the rest of the albums.
Pantera - after they changed from their 'hair metal' beginnings
Venom
Iron Maiden
Danzig! OMG how could I have forgotten him!
Judas Priest
Kreator: betrayer, enemy of god, paranoia
Razor
ohh and Older Overkill like WFO and Years of Dekay.

If you want to try something new, Nasty Savage. Powerful vox, ESPECIALLY on Indulgence. Nasty Ronnie can belt out the fucking jams. I would also say Judas Priest and Iron Maiden, but I'm sure they've already been named a dozen times or so.
Also, anything with Dio.

John Greely from Iced Earth's 'Night of the Stormrider' album. I didn't bother getting any Iced Earth for ages 'cos I heard some songs from recent years but this album is a real good one.
