EDIT: As entertaining as this is, there is no way I can put this into my research paper. This source definitely lacks credibility as something that represents Taoism.

What a stupid pile of putrid shit.
1) Cerebrospinal fluid is not present in semen. It has nothing to do with semen. It is not semen.
2) Cerebrospinal fluid is manufactured continuously, probably a few hundred cc's a day. There's more in your body at any one time than could possibly fit in your brain. Even if it was true, it wouldn't be a problem.
3) 'Squandering your semen recklessly' is good for your prostatic health. Not to mention stopping your balls swelling up like errant coconuts.
4) As for "emit semen two or three times in ten", well, words fail me. How lazy.
