My last period was in last month. And in this month I have discharged a few and it lasts only one day. Should I take pregnancy test now to be sure? What do you think am I pregnant or not? Without test is there any other signs to make sure that I have been pregnant or not? If the report has come as negative so what I have to do? Is the test always carrying the accuracy?

Don't ask a bunch of drunken metalheads because they will knock you up anyways if you're not pregnant. This is really the wrong place to ask.
