A guy I work with pays 2 dollars a pack for "Bronco lights" from the indians that are at least as good as marb lights... he gets 6 cartons dropped off at his house every month or so.
A pack of Ligget selects here are like 3.75 (cheaper ones that I smoke) and Marbs or Camel wides are anywhere from 4.75 to 5.26 a pack. Depends on what you buy.

Bob - Those Indian 'bag' smokes are disgusting. Especially the brown filter ones. Might as well be smoking twigs.
A 'brand name' cigarette pack here is $10-11 for a 20 pack. In Canada, 25 packs are more common though...which are $12-13pluscdn. Fucking ridiculous. I bought a 25 pack today and it was I think $12.30.
Our government makes a fucking KILLING from cigarette tax laws..why do you think Canada is so much like America with only 33million people. We are taxed to death up here.

Getting off the topic of smoking. Today I woke up late(damn xanax which I will never do again intentionally of course) cause me to wake up off schedule. So I had to rush myself to shower, brush teeth, do homework :P, etc. Ended up forgetting my belt. Being the troubleshooter I am I consturcted a belt of paper and sharpie. Yes, it got me past the principals and teachers! Melticulous to say the least. I thought it was pretty noticable and so did my friends, we all got a good laugh at the end of the day when I walk off campus with a few pieces of paper stapled around my waist. Maybe they noticed and just thought "is this kid fucking crazy?" and led them to not bothering me. You're probably wondering why I was stressing about the belt, reason is, we need them for our dress code. If you don't wear a belt you get suspended or if someone brings you one or you have one in the car.
I'm basically a girl when it comes to writting nonsese.

My dad has always talked about how stupid smoking is(he is pretty much the only one in his family who doesn't or hasnt smoked) and hammered it into my head pretty well while i grew up. I don't give a shit if anyone smokes, but when you come near me and blow smoke in my face and pollute my breathing air, I will be pissed. But say if my little sisters or girlfriend started to smoke, I would make it my job to make them stop. Mainly because they would all be around me polluting my breathing air constantly.

The population has changed entirely since the last few years, which makes sense, I guess.. I think 'good presence' is a pretty relative term, my perception of it is probably very different to yours.
Since I went to uni I haven't visited metaltabs as much as I did in the past, just don't have the time for it and sometimes it just makes me feel bewildered with the youth of today. Then I realise the population does not resemble the youth of today and some people are just cunts. In the deepest meaning of the word, you know..
I resigned modship and left for about a year during my study, I was just done for a while.
I also resigned from Ultimate-Guitar.com but I never went back there, that forum has an immense population and it really was starting to annoy me after a while. The plus over there is that mods got christmas presents from Russia

The population has changed entirely since the last few years, which makes sense, I guess.. I think 'good presence' is a pretty relative term, my perception of it is probably very different to yours.
Since I went to uni I haven't visited metaltabs as much as I did in the past, just don't have the time for it and sometimes it just makes me feel bewildered with the youth of today. Then I realise the population does not resemble the youth of today and some people are just cunts. In the deepest meaning of the word, you know..
I resigned modship and left for about a year during my study, I was just done for a while.
I also resigned from Ultimate-Guitar.com but I never went back there, that forum has an immense population and it really was starting to annoy me after a while. The plus over there is that mods got christmas presents from Russia
I went back here because in the Daemon's lair we get free porn and free metaltabs shirts. |
