How do you headbang? I notice that when many musicians do "Windmill" or "Helicopter" headbanging, they tend to do it counter-clockwise (Like Alex Webster and George Fisher) I have noticed this with many other bands too... am I the only one that windmills clockwise?

Uhm counter-clockwise, but I can't exaggerate otherwise, ehm... I roll on the ground... so to avoid this problem I usually headbang back and forth. In both cases the pain to the neck the following days is the same! XD
