Biggest online comp parts retailers in the EU?

I'm gonna pick up a new video card soon, is their a European equivalent of Newegg out there? I don't know any big online stores for PC parts here in the EU. What are the biggest Euro PC parts retailers? Preferably not in the UK unless their prices are reasonable please, as the conversion rate from euros to GBP scares me.

In particular I'm looking for a radeon x1650 btw. Thanks for any help.

Why not just buy/or order it from a local retailer? Or is that too expensive?
