We played our first show today in Richmond at this outdoor gig.
We most definitely kicked ass. Apparently we are extremely hip with black people, which i had a good feeling we would be.
We play like 80s ish rock with lots of blues influences like Stevie Ray Vaughan kind of stuff. My guitarist is definitely a rock/classic rock/80s metal guy who can definitely shred and play Stevie Ray vaughan/Eric clapton type solos/fills.

Been having trouble lately with my computer not functioning well.
The problem is, when I use one program the other slows down. I can't really do two things at once, like listening to music and surfing the net, without the sound quality messing up.
anyone know what this could be, or how to fix it?

You see if a shit load of other programs are running in the background?
Ctrl alt delete and look at all the processes running.

I done everything imaginable to me.. I've fixed my overheating problem, I done numerous fixes, I've uninstalled crap, and other things I can't remember.

Negative. I have seen this before on other PCs. If it isn't caused by program lag than it's component material failure. It starts first with reduced volume output and expands into overall performance problems. The fault occurs most often with the large cheap $1.25 analog capacitors, but it will cost X100 more to have them replaced. It seems like your motherboard might be about to shit the bed. Most times it's just cheaper to replace the motherboard.
If you PC just one day fails to start but you have power... replece the MoBo.

That would really be a pile of shit, I just replaced the motherboard in another PC, and something tells me have the motherboard replaced in a laptop will certainly be a shitty deal.
Well I'll be looking out for reduced volume output, hasn't gotten to that point yet.

Just got home from buying an Ibanez RG prestige, just wanted a backup for my Ran but one with tremolo.. the guy selling it was some nu-metal dude that tuned it in C. Oh and he blocked the trem with a piece of wood... after cleaning the shit out of it and setting it up correctly it's really like new
Even has a case, shame it's fucking purple metallic but hey, it was cheap. |

Just said that because I had to un-block the trem (piece of wood, wtf) and put new strings on, adjust the floyd and the action AND the truss rod.
The piece of shit shouldn't have tuned it to C
Now it's back in E with a working trem and superlow action. The pickups are kinda shitty though compared to EMG's. (Ibanez V8/S1/V7) Pretty lame for a prestige model if you ask me. Maybe it will get an invader or evo.
And the guy was a nu-metal dude because he looked like Fieldy and had his 5 string bass tuned to A. He decided he was better at bass so he sold the guitar, he hadn't played it for ages and it really is like new. |

My mom start bitching like she does sometimes so i was just like "fuck this bullshit i'm going home" packed my shit and drove 3 and a half hours back her because she wants to act like a 6 year old. I coulda been hanging out with a good friend of mine and we were gonna drink tonight, but half way through the ride home he called me up and i told him we werent hanging out because my mom was throwing a temper tantrum.
