have you guys heard about that sniper in Washington? everyday almost, he kills someone. it is in a small peaceful town too. its really sick what he is doing........

here is my question... if you lived in a town of about 10,000-15,000 people, and 5 people were shot by a sniper and killed every week, what would you do? the people that died werent expecting it.

anyway, i figure he will slip up soon and get caught, and i cant wait to see it myself.

I think it might be a while before he's caught......it's kind of hard to catch someone commiting a murder with a sniper rifle when it's not expected.

I mean it's one thing to snipe a mayor at a speech somewhere (there's security personel everywhere to look for danger) but just innocent people walking the streets have no chance of being saved.

I'm sure if the media was blaming this guy's killings on a metal band the opinions around here would differ quite a bit. GP - I'm not convinced the guy is that well trained, its seriously not that hard to do. I took sniper courses when I was in the military. Most of this information you can find online, that coupled with a good eye will make you seem "well trained".\

how can you blame the movies? If a person if fucked up in the head, then there fucked up in the head and there going to kill someone. There have been physcopaths through out time. There where murders since the dawn of man. Jack the Ripper? Probally one of the most well known documented cases of mass killings, and there wasnt any t.v. or movies or "satanic/suicidle" music to listen to and be infulnced by. Mabey if the kid is brought up in a mental/physical abussive home and is heavly exposed to violence on t.v. at a young age it will have some factor on his values of human life...but with out t.v. it still would of happen with the abuse. Sure our society is very violent, but that dosent mean we can always use it for an excape goat, usually the parents fault or the kid is just fucked up in the first place.
