Great clip
I'm watching this Best Damn Sports Show's top 50 blunders of all time and they just had the incident where Nolan Ryan beans Robin Ventura. Ventura charges the mound just to get totally throttled by Ryan. Nolan Ryan was probably 45 then and Ventura about 25, making it that much funnier. What are some of your other memorable sports clips in memory? (those that give a shit about sports, those that don't can keep it to themself)

i forget the guys name..but i love the hockey fight where i think it was the goalie who fucked up one guy then went up to the whole other team on the bench and just challenged the whole bench to a fight. haha that guy ruled.  |

Hmmm, I don't know of the incident you're talking about, but the one goalie I can think of who has that kind of attitude would be Ed Belfour, although Marty Turco can be a real bastard too.

Haha, I can't believe they just let him pound away on Salo like that!! That was cool of him to finally let go though.
Cloutier's pretty crazy, he used to play Junior A across the river from me, and was roommates with my old boss. I guess they'd scrap all the time, and my boss was like 6'3" 300lbs. Cloutier's a terrible netminder though.

I love that Nolan Ryan clip, too. He just puts him in a headlock and starts pounding away. Hilarious.
I also really dig the clip that's widely spread online of former Pawtucket Red Sock (Boston's AAA club) Izzy Alcantara karate kicking a catcher to the ground so he could charge the mound without being intercepted by him (catchers are trained to protect their pitchers from angry hit batsmen.)
Lou Piniella throwing first base is a longtime favorite.
There's also a clip ripped from ESPN called "Baseball's Top 9 Fights" that is widely circulated on the net and is full of hilarious material. As a matter of fact, I think that Alcantara clip is also part of that.

haha that was pretty sweet. and for once there was a video without a shitty ass song that i have to mute. for only winning 61% of his fights..they sure didn't show him getting worked too bad.

I like the part where he beats Todd Ewens ass from the ice.
Almost all of his losses came because of tripping or having his head pulled over his head. I was surprised by that 61% and I wonder if it was an error. It's funny, his penalty minute numbers actually got pretty low as his career went on because most people were realizing how easily he could break their facial bones. The guy even beat Georges Laraque. Granted it was close, but nobody has beaten Laraque since or really even come close.

I forgot what the two teams were and crap but the teams were NHL teams..so they were playing hockey for you morons out there. Anyway one guy got really pissed off for some reason charged the dude and flipped him right through the glass around the barrier of the ring. It just shattered and dude was laying on the other side.
