My response and his were both correct. Depending on the time of the year the moon crosses the earth at various angles resulting in the "color change".

ha my brother and i had an arguement about the moon last year..it was very low in the horizon and looked pretty big (it was nice and orange looking too..but i can't remember if the color was even a part of the conversation) i was saying basically the same thing about looking through more atmosphere possibly making it look bigger, and he was saying it was an optical illusion in which the trees and buildings on the horizon make the moon look bigger...but i was pretty sure the moon still looked big when there was a flat horizon.

I just found my girlfriend of almost 5 years has fucked me over. Last night involved us walking into her 'friend', my (ex)girlfriend dragging me away very quickly, Myself checking out her phone when she was driving, (usual thing I do, I didnt know yet who that guy was), read some fucking messages, threw a large McDonalds milkshake in the car, got out of the car, walked back toward my house (long fucking way) reading the rest of the messages from these two different guys.
as im walking this guy was calling her mobile over and over, so I answered and listened and he said something like 'Hey baby, why didnt you come' or something.
About 20 minutes later(incidentally I was walking down the same street she lives on by then) my ex calls me off that same number.
I called my friend and he picked me up and drove me back to his house then I wandered toward home. I saw some mates in the park who came over and checked if I was okay. Then I just went and sat down for a while.
As I was sitting in the park, about 1:30 at night she drives past in the car with her mum, and she gets out. She comes over and talked to me for a bit, and I finally got some truth out of her. Seems I have been cheated on for a few weeks, she has been with at least 2 (looks like 3 to me, judging by the messages) guys, she has been lying to me for the past month, like crazy.
I mean fuck, I have been a fucking good boyfriend for fucking years. I know what it is like now to not be able to trust anyone. Things arent the way I thought it was, and there is shit all I can do about it now.
The littlest bit of satisfaction I have now comes from the fact that I have been a great boyfriend, and everybody we know knows that. Also, people have been really nice to me since then.

I'm glad you told him not depend on others for his own happiness. That was my thought, too. I think some of us think we need another person to feel complete, but we don't really. Ghost Reveries was ok, but didn't make as much of an impression on me as hearing Blackwater Park for the first time did. Some of the songs were good, but I find it mortifying that their worse one on that album, Grand Conguration, gets more attention and mainstream credit. Ok song, but for Opeth, it's their "St. Anger."

Cradle of Filth has obviously sold out, but it wasn't absolute until Roadrunner. Their rawness disappeared and was replaced by this smooth, easy-to-swallow, candy-coated treat for the people to swallow whole and not give any second thoughts to.
