your favorite classics?
What are your favorite classics overall?
mine are;
-Ace Of Spades (good old...)
-Hit The Lights + master o.p.
-I shot the sherrif (bob marley hell fucking yeah!)
-Chaos A.D. (the one and only sepultura classic)
-all along the watchtower and voodoo chile (jimmy hendrix)
-smoke on the water (haha I grew up with this stuff man)
-....more
I can probably think of heaps other classics which I like but these are just some songs I still listen to sometimes and when I think back it's like, ehm, a well you know, memories and shit.
It's not like these are real classics like hotel california or something but these songs are just the ones I still like to hear once in a while.
what are your favorite classics!??! bring it on!

it's kinda funny what kinda stuff you guys write down, I've seen smoke on the water a couple of times, it's just a typical classic I guess, but so is the ace of spades.
It's not like old bands can really impress me or something but it's just nice to listen to old stuff to chill out or something you know. I like Bob Marley for chillin' times (ey, I'm a dutchman )
I've seen the best classics written down here , keep up the good work!

cc - whole bleeding album
sepultura - pretty much everything up to chaos a.d.
slayer - too much to list
fear factory - replica
machine head - davidian
opeth - demon of the fall
at the gates - cold
carcass - corporeal jigsore quandary
dissection - the somberlain
this may be blasphemy for everyone thinking about the really old stuff
when it comes to classics, but these are some of *my* personal faves that i consider oustanding, important songs / albums / bands

I think that's the only machine head song that kicks ass, I kinda hate machine head because of their sucking linkin park like lyrics on the newer cd's.
even fucking prepgirls at my school listen to machine head
anyways, In talkin' classics, I mean classics and not just nice old songs from metal bands but also completely diffrent stuff!
I just wanna know if you guys have the same classics taste as me or if you even listen to classics
I think the average metaltabber likes the same classics.
