Haha this is pretty funny because recently i've finally taken a NEW name.
My name is Michael/Mike/Mikey... BUT.... about 2 years ago i was jokingly saying i was going to move to another place and pretend my name was Steve... Oh lord ahha about a 5 months ago when i was working at lowes i started telling peopel to start calling me steve, it was more of an inside joke right.. I started writing it on my gloves and my gear and what not, but it never really took root. Monday of this week i start working at a new lowes right.. I tell them to give me a name tag that says steve on it.. ahhaha No fucking shit i pretend my name is Steve at work.. Its so god damn hiliarious. EVERYONE thinks my name is steve.
This also dates back when i was in middle school when me and htis one kid used to look alot alike.. He was Steve Clemic, and i was Michael Cornwell.. They used to call me steve all teh fucking time.
I'm starting to wish i told them my name was steven as its a better name.

okay, so i read the other thread to catch up a bit....bb, about your gerbils....when i was young, i had two goldfish, bill and ted. then ted died. so i got another one and named it ted ii. then bill died. so i....yes, well, ..i eventually got to bill iv and ted v, and just gave up.
back to names..i hate my middle name. it's danielle, and it's so not me. i'm much more of a caitlin. whew  but at least i've never had any bad nicknames.

I know people " use it as identity theft." I'm not exactly sure how they use it considering every place that asks for SSN usually asks for a password and so on. Not to mention trust me i've given out my ssn like you wouldn't understand mostly because i'm military, but i just see it has one of those.... scares thats probably not as true as those who would liek you to think it is kind of thing. Basically that it isn't as unsafe as people would like you to think. Thats completely based on my own opinion and life as of now.

i had a hamster named garfield, when it died i got another and named it garfield again.
i replaced garfield like 7 times, the same looking brown hamster. it was like one continous hamster thru many.
my name is chris, aka jesus crust down in virginia. i had a one man band that was a black metal parody that went over well down there.i had a hit track called "2 satanic 4 love". i dedicated my one and only album toi myself.
i knew a bunch of dudes in my hometown that went by the names hot dog, small dog and rat dog, some other dudes in the click were named grandma and assmaster. by far the wierdest nicknames ive ever encountered.
i heard about a dude in nyc called skumby. i think that takes the cake, never met him tho. dumbest nickname ever.
