this may sound like a stupid question (mac related)

i just got an imac and a file i'm trying to play only runs in Classic, but i'm in os x mode.
if i click "load classic", can i still switch back to os x without losing all my shit? if that made any sense and you can help, thanks

I'd help you out but i'm not sure what you're talking about. I have a mac myself. The new macbook pro. But regardless of what it is it probably wouldn't run on mine anyways unless its universal binary haha.

if you run classic, it will have no affect on your OS X stuff. you can even run classic and X at the same time.
to switch back to os X if you reboot in classic, all you have to do is go into system preferences and set the start up disk as os X.
