i took mushrooms and ran into this random chick who told me to think of three random objects, and then she would draw a combination of all three. it was fuckin cool, i wish i still had the pictures. anyways, you should try that.

when i had art my senior year in high school, i just used to draw bongs -n- satan with the occasional mushroom patch. i suck at drawing so much, but the peeps were cool and my teacher was fuckin looney to say the least. he would tell me about weird halleucinations he had. one day in class, he had a flashback, told everyone to do what they were doing. then he got a piece of paper, secluded himself and drew for the rest of the period. what an awesome human he be.

heh, keep posting more. i have a friend who goes all out with this kind of thing. he just starts with something on the paper, and ends with something worlds away from the first image. hes actually quite talented and has been paid to paint on the walls of public stores and a few peoples guitars. The best thing i saw from him is still viewable in a watch store at our local mall. he painted a tree with clocks (like that famous painting with melting dial clocks). there were clouds and other stuff on the neighboring walls. anyway, my favorite part of the story is that the watch store actually told him that their watch sales went up 70% while he was painting!! and then dropped back again when he stopped. the sales continued at a higher percentage for a while, but then i guess everyone saw it after too long. its weird though, why would that make someone buy a watch? id just go in, check out the painting, then leave, haha. |
