electronics question

Hey ive been debating how to set up my cars audio. Well, the sub section atleast. I have 2 subs and a stereo(bridgable) amp. would it be louder to wire the left channel to the left speaker, and the right channel to the right speaker... or bridge the amp run the lines out to the right speaker and wire the right speaker tot he left speaker, or will this be the exact same? It says 2x60watts stereo or 120watts bridged, would it just automatically drop 120watts to 60 per speaker since theres 2 speakers? I assume this works the same was as PA speakers so i figure one of you will know!

I'd advise running them in stereo, 2x60w, it'll sound killer Don't forget to set the low pass crossover so that you just get the kick drum and bass through, you don't want the guitars going through there!

Have a play around. I remember me and my friend setting up his sounds in his car. He had 2 12's and a 600w amp. It actually sounded better with one sub bridged than both of them in there sharing it. Plus it gave him some boot space.

Whats funny is that before he got his car, he had it all set up on the backseat of a mini lol fuckin hell that was loud

wouldnt it be kinda dumb to set your whole system up for one album, i would say find a good middle ground so all the albums sound good

Just fiddle with it- set it as low as it can, and work up slowly, remembering to shut the boot, and listen from the drivers seat each time you adjust... your ears will tell you when it sounds good
