Recently, I read about some guilty white liberal scum somewhere (might have been the UK) who wanted to rename being stupid as "delayed achievement"... or something similar. I wish I could remember more details. Either way, it was spectacularly stupid.

But now I can't find the story at all. It's out there somewhere. Please help.

As far as I can tell, 'delayed achievement' is already used to describe how well one retains information one has learned after a long period of time has lapsed. Since it's already got a meaning within the education system I doubt it will be assigned a new one.

But there's always the possibility that it's another phrase, and I have not been able to find anything about a guilty white liberal scum trying to rename stupidity in this way.
