GTA is such a fun game to play, especially San Andreas when you have good music saved on your X-Box. I've deleted my music and am re-saving just my Death Metal, -core, and maybe black metal music.

Y'know what they need to make? A GTA game with destroyable enviroment. You could crash into a building and you could damage it, and even when you leave and come back, the building will be like in the process of being rebuilt..... so you can just fuck it up again.

I don't really see the point in the two gates (one for mania, the other for dementia) when your gate choice makes no difference. Shame, I initially chose mania, and when I went back and went through the demntia gate, expecting a totally different world/feel, I got exactly the same thing.

Other than that, Shivering Isles = awesome.

Ever played ffxi? I've been playing it for over 2 years and still am not at the endgame missions. It is a huge game.

Just completed the main quest in the Shiverin Isles. Fantastic experience - well worth the £20 or so I spent on it.

Endgame? Its a mmorpg..... there is no end.

I'm going to be staying in the Shivering Isles for a while, trying to complete every quest there is. Cyrodil gets pretty bland after you experience the Isles.

Intresting. i'm thinking about installing it on my mac. Dual boot into windows and do it. So i can push the graphics to the extreme and enjoy it smoothly. I just wished the main quest to oblivion was much much longer and not so repetative. Not to mention i felt the game kicked 100x more ass before i went to the first oblivion gate. There aren't any oblivion gates around which GREATLY decrease the frame rate if you are even remotely near one.

You know what.. i'm so motiviated about playing this game again i'm gonna do it. Transfer over my saved characters, or maybe start over again with a mage guy or somethin.

My most successful character is this evil evil ass assassin character i made.

There are multiple missions and quest. Some are short and others have story lines that seem like they will never end. FFXI endgame means completing those insanely long high level quest. Not an easy thing to do, believe me.

I love MMORPG games but I've about had all I can stand of FFXI. As soon as Star Trek Online gets released I'm selling my FF account and joining Star Fleet.

i hadnt seen this until today. if you have played super mario 64, and havnt seen it beat in 16 minutes, look here. seems like a long time, but its pretty entertaining to see the glitches and outrageous short cuts this guy uses.

edit: im sure, most of you dont want to watch the whole thing... at least look at the glitches from 14:32-14:55. right after that you might want to see him practically fly through the bowser level that follows, at least.

he gets up the "never-ending stairs" with only 16 stars, when it usually takes around 50 (dont remember), with that fucking glitch!

Been playing Oblivion since Blizzard inspired me to pick it up again.

My character is already at level 27 and ive completed alot of the big quests outside of the main quest. I haven't even done one aspect of the main quest.

My character is basically a huge nord brute whose eventual goal is killing every npc possible in the game.

At one point in time i seiged Bravil and killed every single person that as killable including the the chancellor/king guy. I threw his body off the bridge into the water too, after robbing his ass.

But what sucks is after like a month the guards came back

Boooo, those chinese RMT bastards damn near ruined the economy on FFXI. Gil is the currency used in that game. Normally, I could care less if these RMTs farm gil or not. I'm not buying anyway but that isn't how they ruin the games economy.

The RMT gilsellers in FFXI will monopolize critical monsters 24/7 so that nobody else has a chance to further their character. For a price though they will allow you have the monster.

The RMTs will also monopolize critical items by buying them all, camping the monsters that drop those items 24/7, and raising the price for those items to unrealistic amounts. This is to force you to buy Gil from them in real life so you can afford to buy the item in game.

Not to mention that these RMT fucks will try every dirty move there is if they even think you are about to try and compete with them. Keep in mind FFXI was not designed to be a PvP competitor game. It was designed to be an awesome story game where friends work together to complete missions and quest. Under normal circumstances there is more than enough monsters and rare items for anyone willing to organize a party. It didn't need to be any harder, believe me, but these RMTs just make things impossible.

The RMT accounts get deleted ( along with all there gil ) when they are discovered, but it takes the GMs a lot of investigation to detect them due to there being so many RMTs that work together. Sadly the fuckers just come back with a new character and start the same shit all over again.

I am finishing SH4. The game was OK, story pretty interesting, cool melee combat, etc. But it's repeating itself a little too much, too much aimless walking around, too much stupid stuff. Too little focus on the protagonist or related persons (SH1 = Guy losing his kid then finds out a lot of scary stuff, SH2 = Guy with some issues mainly battling himself, SH3 = SH1 cont., SH4 = random guy fighting this random dude who used to live in his apartment), i feel you learn too little about him. You don't get involved on the same level as the earlier ones.

Anyway take my advice.:

Do not use a single health item until.. well you'll know, the fan will fall down. Just collect, don't consume.
Don't save unless you need to power down, the game is shit easy until the very end where it takes off a bit.

I'm at the last part and all i have is an ampoule and 40% health or so.. craptastic..

well trust me i know what you mean. SH2 was shit fucking hot. That was and still is one of the scariest games ever.

I played Sh4 for like 5 hours yesterday. Its definitely different. It is pretty easy (playing on normal) and i never used any of those health items because obviously you don't need to. What pisses me off is i didn't know you would get hurt in your own room so i was like what the fuck are the windows doing? i kept walking over to them to examine... AND IT WAS TAKING MY LIFE AWAY.. so i was like wtf? so i went back to my room and realized you no longer gain life. Needless to say i was fucking pissed because i was down to almost no health. I probably shoudl have resetted.

But yeah i'm back at the subway station now (2nd time around) and kinda lost. But i'll get back into it tonoight. Played till 5 this morning with headphones on.. (only way to play these games)
