iam an uber noob at this, anyway iam forming a band and iam practicing the screams/growl thing....i manage to make good screams and growls like Opeth i almost sound exaclty like Opeth in The Demon of the fall song but my problem is my volume my voice can be barely heard , though it sounds high enough when iam alone practicing in my room. When i try to give it a higher volume i go like loosing control on my voice and i sound like chicken lol...any advice will be highly appreciated.

You don't need to scream/growl louder than a loud talk. Don't push your voice cus you will fuck it up. And if your not loud enough, learn to project your voice.
