Jazz or Blues Festivals
hey, I hope this is in the right forum... anyways, I got this assignment for school where we have to go to a "cultural event" and critique it. He said poular music like rock or wahtever doesnt count but i know jazz festivals and the like do qualify. So i was wondering if anyone knows of any jazz or blues festivals in the chicago area (Illinois, Lower Wisconsin, Indiana, Parts of Ohio if necessary.) Or If anyone else ahs any good ideas on something i could go to that would be cool. Ive prety much been to all the museums around here and im not really into art galleries so any help you guys have would be much appreciated.
