If you're asking because someone is bothering you about it or you're concerned they will, turn it inside out in the case or just put in something that does cover what ails someone else. I take that kind of stuff with a grain of salt anymore, but I used to be leery of letting my kids have anything that resembled things like that. Now I've got one kid with the Morbid Angel pentagram thing on his arm and the other with the In Flames devil looking character on his leg. I think I should get a Moody Blues tattoo.

Right side up Pentagram with circle around it = Pentacle. Symbolizes pagan elements of earth, wind, fire, water, and finally man/spirit/intellect what have you. It also stood for the five places in which Christ was wounded, in some circles. Upside down Pentacle = Sigil of Baphomet, the classic Satanic symbol. Inverting something makes it nasty and bad!

Oh, and that Morbid Angel star thing is not anything even remotely related to Satanism. It is a symbol of ancient Sumerian tradition.

What's the difference anyway? Slayer are not satanists. They've said it over and over again. Their music contains satanic themes, yes, but they have never prophesised devil worship of any kind.
Their songs also have war themes, yet they are not soldiers. Tom likes to write about serial killers and shit like that, yet as far as I know he isn't one.
The whole satanic thing with Slayer is just a fucking image, I don't see why people get so bent out of shape over it. It's just entertainment.
If you like the music, listen to it, if you don't like it, then don't waste your time trying to figure out if it's satanist or not because it makes no damn difference. Do a little research on the band, read some interviews, and you will realize they are not satanists. If they were, why would they hide it? Especially in this day and age.
As for the symbol, I'm not exactly sure which one you're talking about, but Slayer has a bunch of different pentagrams and upside down crosses and shit like that. When I saw them live recently a little while back, their entire light show pretty much consisted of that kind of stuff.
I believe that they use those symbols on purpose to show how ridiculous some religious beliefs are. They have always been against organized religion.
In the end, it's all just a huge fucking publicity stunt.

Going to see Slayer is like going to see a horror movie. It seems real while there, but it is all just for enjoyment. It's time that you can be or enjoy something else for a while. The music is real but the themes are just passing thoughts to think about.
