Ok, Ive searched atleast 5 times for a photo edit program, and all of the ones Ive come up with have either:

1. Not been able to change the size of the photo
2. Changed the size, but changed the type of file too...

Can some give a direct link to a basic photo edit program that can change the size of photos, it should be an easy thing to find dammit!!

To any authorities reading this, I was joking. I do not advocate that people download Adobe Photoshop or any other photo editing program illegally, instead I believe that people should pay the outlandish and exorbitant prices upwards of 700$ for the piece of software.

and in fact just made this Avatar editing it through it.
