The definition of band in relation to this forum is a group of people whom take up instruments to perform music.
A tattoo is, an injection on ink into the skin to create artwork upon one's body.
Now lets do a simple comparision, body artwork fits within groups of people performing music where?

I don't have any tatoos and don't want any really,your more than likely just gonna regret it when your older.Especially band tatoos,what if the band turns to shit later on.My dad has a small Metallica tatoo,so he was kina fucked over there.I could see why some of you guys would want Pantera tatoo though.

I worked with a cook who had been in the Navy and he showed us his tattoo at owrk once. Across his shoulders and upper back he had a mountain scene with a lake and trees. It was really cool looking. i think he said he got it in Italy, but I can't remember for sure.

Somehow I have managed to keep from getting a tattoo even after all the drunken times I was there for someone else getting one. In fact, I might be the only Sailor in the Navy of the world without a single tattoo. I have seen some great work done but I was never going to let anyone less then a artistic tattoo genius mark me with something that they would only do but once. I need to be a living piece of art, just like my music. I want the time to create the tattoo and work with the artist to insure that it is... perfect.

I don't have any tats yet, unless you include the NOFX tat that I did on my leg with blue ballpoint ink and a sewing needle when I was 15 Which has completely faded btw. But I want to get something celtic eventually. I know that celtic tats are so overrated and what not, but there's something that I like about them, they are simple, yet bold. There is some truth to this. In my personal opinion, you should have a serious reason behind each tattoo just because why would you want to get something that will never leave your body if it doesn't have a real connection with you? It seems to me to be a naive thing to dismiss the fact that years down the road you could considerably dislike something such as a gruesome (pointless?) tattoo.
The only people i've ever seen with outrageous tattoos usually end up not going too far.
But i think what ends up happening is people who want/get crazy tattoos (not saying the zombie one is or is not) wouldn't be going anywhere in the first place.
