Well, CC, I think everyone's gotten pissed at Bia once or twice. And plenty of people on this site are annoying (including myself, of course). But through all the E-wedgies and catfights, it's a family. And I can't imagine metaltabs without you coming on and saying the shit that you do (even though I haven't even been here that long).
Regardless, decisions are decisions and hopefully you'll be sucked back in. I know I was. I left for a couple of years and came back and used a new name (couldn't remember my last). It's just too damn tempting. Metaltabs is my home away from the asylum. It's like one big stinky pile of shit that you just can't leave alone until it deteriorates. And metaltabs never deteriorates (although it tends to have the smell). You'll be back. One way or another...we gon' getcha.

I am completely shocked and surprised by this entire revelation.
I ask for forgiveness to those I annoy. It's understandable to me at least that I can be quite goofy or retarded at times but it's always comming from a sense of humor or genuine care.
Many things are said here (as in daily life) annoy me or rub me the wrong way but I cant for the life of me see being rude and disrespectful over such trivialities and attacking without provocation.

1. I issued a warning. The next person to level an unwarranted personal attack on Bia is suspended for a month.

4. Rapture did not go against my warning.
5. Rapture has not been suspended for a month.

Is that still hard to understand, or can you follow that now? In case you're wondering, I don't actually have to explain myself to you, so you're welcome for that. None of the other mods seem to mind what I did, and their opinions on the job I'm doing around here is worth considerably more than yours.

Edman the Ruler will be as serious as any other mod, he's just briefer than Chris. This forum is one of the more heavily modded I know of, but it's also more fair. Most of the other ones I look at have really arbitrary mods who ban for almost no reason. Kinda like I'd be if I got mod powers now. So be happy for what you have, even if you think they're 'too serious' or whatever.

I still haven't received a decent explanation as to why Bia's so annoying. If anybody has one, I'll be in my trailer.

I've registered at a couple other forums and never went back to them. I never got banned from any, but they were so rule happy and/or ban happy that I just didn't bother. I have my two mostest favorites and that's here and tc. I think the mods do a good job here. They're flexible and don't gasp if someone says shit. I think the mods are stricter here than where I mod, but you have rules posted that aren't that hard to observe. Most is just common sense. In all the years I've been at the other place there's only been one that's gotten banned because I bitched about a personal attack and it was admin that did it. It was a lot worse than anything I've ever seen go on here.

You mods do a really bodacious job.

Well, it's been coming. I gave a general warning in a photoalbum thread not so long back but that didn't seem to help matters. Chris gave a specific warning which was then immediately broken and cracked down upon with the full backing of the other mods. To all those who think it was harsh: what was he supposed to do? Issue the threat and then say, "The next person to..." ad infinitum? No, it doesn't work like that. Such flagrance in the face of a moderator's simple request simply cannot go unpunished.

Hopefully this will be the end of the personal attacks on Bia. For Chrissakes she's the one apologising to the people who continually abuse her! What sort of a situation is that? PST requested a worthwhile reason for anybody to launch an attack on Bia about 2 weeks ago and thus far nobody has put forward a more complex theory other than the equivalent of, "I just do." I'm sure they will listen. And by harassing I mean personal stuff that includes actual threats. Why the fuck does everyone care what a mod does? They all just doing there jobs. If a regular poster is turned into a mod, they have more responsability to keep order.

Of course the mods are stricter here; we don't do a thing at TC. Ever. Actually, I banned someone for registering for spam ads, but that is all I have done this reset.

Steve, you have done a fine job so far. I know it's early days for you yet, but everyone knows I wanted your spot, so you'd have to really be good at it for me to be satisfied, and I'm quite impressed with how you're going at the moment.

Chris can be a bully at times, but I also think he's doing a great job in the Pending Tabs forum, and the actual bullying (or what I personally consider, possibly wrong) and "I'm above you" attitude, is very, very few and far between.

Def is also fine. He is on the job, a frequent user and has banned more people than most mods, but that is because he is, as I said, on the ball.

Oh mate, I'm curious as to what "actual bullying" is? Could you give us an example? Would it be if e.g. one of the mods threatened to fly over and kick the shit out of me?
