Damn. Maybe it's Crowbar. I can imagine those weightlifters would identify with a band of big fat bastards with shaved heads...

You never know ... they could have taken one from the jungle, shaved it hairless, taught it to stand upright ... and gave it a set of regulation powerlifting tights ...

Territory is what I heard, and I can't believe I'm the first to say. Which metalheads don't know Sepultura? These metalheads don't know Sepultura.

That's a bastardized version of the song and is definitely not old Sepultura. Sounds more like Bio-Hazard or someone doing a ghetto version of it.

I'm listening to it and my copy Chaos A.D. side by side, and it just sounds like a bad recording due to a live mic. I won't vouch 100% for it being Seps, but I'm fairly sure it is. The only thing keeping me from confirming it is that I can't hear the bass drum much at all on the vid. Anyway, it sounds a hell of a lot more like Max's voice than like Evan Seinfeld's.

You usually round down with pounds.
All SHW powerlifters look like that. They're fucking scary. The stuff he sniffs before the lift is ammonia. It makes you angrier. I love this video.

If it is Sepultura it's live because he's prefacing "War For Territory" with "I Said!" and the music is a little different.

You mean the part following the chorus?
You're right that it's live; in the second chorus he definitely has the audience sing it. It's not the version on Under a Pale Grey Sky. But I'd still say it sounds like Max, and the guitar tone sounds about right.
Shit, I forgot about the one at the end of Chaos A.D. Give me a second. That corresponds to the audience participation part, and he even says the same thing to let 'em know it's time to sing, but doesn't have the 'I said' in the first chorus, though on the video that sounds weird enough that it may not be from the music. So I dunno. I'll stand by it being Sepultura, anyway.

I can't say it's not Sepultura since I don't own the re-release of Chaos A.D. or Under a Pale Grey Sky. I doubt they would be blasting totally obscure shit in a weight room so it probably is one of those albums. Nice catch, I couldn't make any sense of it at all the first time I watched the video...
As for the "I said" you can hear a single voice say "I said" followed by "War for territoryyyyyy" which sounds like it has crowd participation with it.

It opens at a weird point that just sounds like noise, and I had a lot of trouble making any sense of it until around the point of the lift.
Anyway, this is how I hear it, regarding the 'I said' parts:
In the first chorus, right before the second repetition of 'War for Territory' there's a part that sounds like 'I said!', but that, to my ears at least, sounds like it may be a different voice than the one singing. This isn't on either version of the live track.
In the second chorus, right before the second repetition of 'War for Territory' I hear 'sing,' after which it sounds like the audience sings. Hearing this sold me on the live theory, and this corresponds to the live track on Chaos A.D.
I have no idea why the above was important.

WAR FOR TER-REE-TOR-AY!
In all honesty, I watched this and didn't pick up on what was playing.
