What's the diff and how does one tell if they have perfect pitch?

What would be the best way to progress to the next level?
Here's what I do know....when I hear a tune I wanna play....I can almost always play it within minutes.....the only challenge is matching the speed/tempo.....that's the harder part which only requires practice mostly.
The few times I cant match the tune is when the artist is tuned diff so I use my other guitar tuned slightly lower.....this guy once showed me how do that.
I rarely play leads as they are very hard for me and I'm very happy banging out heavy chords....jammin along to the rythym
