someone came up to me today and told me that industrial is dead, I don't realy know how industrial music stands in metaltabs but I though I would p[resent you with this statement and I really got to hingking and I can only realy name a couple of industrial bands I'm a big Nin freak and I love Mortiis so just please any comment will do (even though that may leave me open for a world of verbal abuse oh well)

Industrial music isn't "dead". It may be covered up by all the other shit around nowdays, but no music--in my opinion--ever dies (which can be a good or a bad thing). I must admit that I like some industrial music, but to my knowledge, it is kind of dying down.

He's doing a fake Italian accent, like when Super Mario or Luigi (not Mario's brother Luigi from the game, but Luigi from Luigi's Pizza) show up on the Simpsons. I remember one time a bunch of grease leaked into the auditorium during a dance and the kids were scooping up the grease into balls and throwing them at each other. Then somebody warned, "Watch out, here comes a big greaseball!". Right at that moment Luigi was coming into the room. He frowns and says "Luigi bringa de free pizza, why you gotta make-a de fun?"

Greaseball, of course, is a slur used against people of Latin descent. Of course, I've never heard an Italian with an accent even close to that, but it's been quite prevalent in cartoons, TV shows and movies since talkies came out.
