If I got one magical wish and it was restricted only to guitar playing, I'd set whatever genie was granting me this wish on fire. What kind of a fucking dildo would give me a wish and make sure it was strictly guitar related? That's the gayest fucking thing I've ever heard.

I would want to wish that the universe would remain stable for infinity. You know? Nothing on the planet Earth (or any other planets, possibly) would ever go extinct, there would be no pollution to destroy the environment, there would be no threats of nuclear holocausts. Does this make any sense? No, but it's what I want and what I would wish for. If I couldn't get that, I'd want $500,000,000. Half a billion is enough to never have to worry about anything again, but not enough so that you are constantly in newspapers and shit.

If I had a choice between the ability to play 100 times better than Muhammed Suicmez and Michael Angelo put together or a stable universe where the Earth was constant (which isn't possible, but this is already hypothetical), I'd pick the stable universe every time. Maybe it's just me. Imagine how many scientific and mathematical problems we could solve if the human race existed infinitely? That would be SO kickass. Especially if it meant we couldn't destroy the world in the process. I dream about this.

anyway, im going with the riffs vote. shredding isnt really my style. i prefer medium slow to a bit fast (at times) paced melodic riffs. to be able to make those perfect riffs on every attempt would be an amazing thing for me. besides i think shredding is going to come naturally in time anyway. but creative riffs with those amazing notes working together is more a matter thought and passion.

Well, I'm assuming this wish is granted to me by a genie or something. I'd know right away my wish was granted. I would die with the satisfaction of knowing that the ignorant dolts who comprise about 95% of Homo sapiens won't be able to destroy the earth, despite their best efforts. That's worth more than anything I could possibly achieve in life. I'd also like to know nothing within the universe would crush, swallow, or otherwise destroy the earth. I'd also like to know natural disasters on this very planet wouldn't compromise the way the earth is now. None of this is possible, but it's my wish.

As things stand now, people will destroy the earth before anything else has a chance to. Another interesting thing about this is, if the universe were made stable and the Earth never changed, this would give man a big chance to catch up on the goings on of his own planet and of the universe.

But anyways, if one could play 100 times greater than Suicmez and Angelo (he was the ambidextrous one who did the harmonized legato solos on a double necked guitar, right?) combined, one would attract greater forms of intellingent life to our planet who would solve all the mathmatical and scientific problems for us and grant us a balanced existence.

As for myself, I chose shredding, my riffs and technicality and such are pretty decent as of now and I only see myself improving in the future, but my shredding skills leave a bit to be desired, alright, everything to be desired. I don't know what I would say to jazz at this point. At this point, I'd be open to learn some rudimentary jazz that can be applied to metal, but I wouldn't think I'm ready to delve head first into it with 100% dedication.
