No, it's not saying anything like that at all. People should wear their hair however they feel comfortable wearing it without worrying about what other people are going to think. People who wear makeup, on the other hand, are consciously trying to alter the way they look because they want everybody to like the way they look, which is superficial and totally bullshit... and that's just the women. When men do it, it's even worse. A man that feels the need to alter the way he looks is twice as bad because he's not as strongly pressured socially to do so. Since corpsepaint is designed to change the way you look to garner an artificial sense of darkness and trve nekroness, it's total bullshit, just like any other makeup. Real men never wear makeup.

I'd say real people never wear makeup, but it's far more socially acceptable for women to wear makeup, and since most of the women I've had relationships with wore makeup, I'm not going to call them fake people just because they feel the need to hide behind an artificial mask of plastic pretty.

Now, if you want to wear makeup, but aren't sure if you should, the answer is no. Don't wear makeup, you pussy. Now, if you still want to wear makeup, unzip your pants and pull them down. Look around your waist, now move your eyes a few inches down. What do you see there? Are there testicles? Is there a long shaft with a hole at the tip? If so, you should not wear makeup, unless you are a fancy Hollywood actor, in which case you'd have given up your testicles a long time ago anyway.

If you put it that way then yes, it is much different. Even though I do not like corpse paint, I have no problem with it. However I do find it funny when bands like Immortal spend more time crafting spiked shinguards and wooden spiked clubs for their next photoshoot then play music.
