My exsperience with long hair is that the stuff can get your ass kicked like a bitch if the enemy uses it against you. Some dudes think they are tougher because they have long hair. I'm afraid that's just not true. Infact it's a disadvantage most times.

About fighting with long hair. Even if the other person doesn't manage to get your hair, if it gets in your eyes and you can't see. Therefore, ass kicked yet again. I just wouldn't fight if you could help it, but if you must then think twice before you fight someone with short hair and you have long hair. It would look pretty pussified if your evil grim nerco hair gets your ass beat.

Long hair is impractical. But it looks cool on occasion. I had kickass long hair, and now my hair's about 1/4", and I'll tell you the truth: long hair sucks in comparison.

In a fight, it can get in your eyes, and stick there if you're sweating. It's also, if you have thick hair, like wearing ten pounds of wool over the part of your body from which the most heat's released. And it can be used as leverage to keep your head nicely in the right place for repeated blows from your opponent's fist, leaving you without the option of jerking out of the way and causing him to break his hand. If you're in that bad a position to begin with. It's a real liability in a fight. But you don't have to go around fighting, now do you?

I think long hair does kind of go with the music. But its not that big of a deal. Mine is down to my lip now, but you cant even tell unless i pull it down. I am in the process of growing it out. But i have sick hair. So its a real bitch so far. Im hoping that when its down to my shoulders, gravity will help out a bit. Dont worry about other people's shit though.

i had long hair last year, then cut it off, and now its mostly grown back again. Though i am a student, so it doesn't really matter what i look like. I find that when it comes to some good old fasioned concerts, nothing beats having long hair and doing some windmills!
