Ozzy's version of American Idol
I read somewhere a while ago that Ozzy was going to have his own show that was basicly going to be a huge battle of the bands with unsighned bands. I havent heard any further info though.

Musically, it's pretty good. You might know Andy Larocque by his work on Individual Thought Patterns. It's in the line of power/thrash, but nobody else sounds like King Diamond. The vocals might be a stumbling block. I'd still recommend it.

He has a low range, so he sings EVERTHING in falsetto. Jesus christ it sucks, and every album he does is a concept album  . I admit the music rules but the singing...I just can't handle more than 10 seconds of.

Ozzy's like Keith Richards. He'll cheat death for so long it will seem like Death's taken a holiday. I wouldn't be surprised if they both outlived me.
I'd like to see Sabbath as well. During their reunion tour the show I had tickets for was cancelled because of Iommi's back.

King Diamond is the singer for Mercyful Fate, horrid singing horrid indeed.
OZZY...That guy has another one of the worst voices in music history, I really have no clue how it got so mainstream. Sure the music he sang over was pretty scorching at times but that voice.

How he got famous was he got some recording engineers to put sound crap over his voice and it doesnt sound anything like he does when he sings.
Just like for our good ol' pal chester benington, his vocals sound alright when he sings on cd (yet annoying) and then I heard a live video and I laughed my ass off. What a God-Forsaken band  |
