Being stupid isn't, last I checked, a good reason to ban someone. A good reason would be if he somehow found out your home address and put out a hit on you. Or just hits on you. That's a fine reason as well. But plain stupidity and immaturity shouldn't be punished, they should be corrected by examples of better behavior.
