He just broke down the last 10+ years of Megadeth's dark and dirty and is being sued for it. Even though he maybe drinking alittle again, I think he will not let it ruin him this time, because he is older and wiser. Dave really is alone on this album from a record company, politics stand point but I don't think he cares because Megadeth fans are very happy.
