whatever you do DO not download Imesh or the Warez.com P2P client... they install tons of trojans and spyware, it was a bitch removing it all.
I use Kazzalite to download videos and movies, thats about it.

I use Ares Lite, but it gave my computer Cool Web Search and it keeps coming back. It might just be the porn pop-ups that are doing that though.

Whatcha do is - get a spyware removal thingamabob. http://download.com is a good source. I use spyware - search and destroy. If you read the terms and conditions you would know what you're in for. The Ares Lite terms and conditions stated that no spyware would be installed on my computer at the time I installed it, but I ran a spyware remover anyway. You should read the warnings on the site aswell, they will often tell you if the program installs spyware or not. A lot of messengers and p2p agents do that.

Spyware removal programs only go so far. Take it from me, I had about 4 different programs and I still had +5 popups every 2 minutes. I ended up having to reformat.
I use kazaa lite for porn, which is all its good for.

Try doing a search: Kazaa Lite ++. That's what I use, but then again I have tons of spyware.
