Uhh...
K, I'm new here. I dont know if theres a thread for this kind of thing, so sorry if this makes you cry.
I'm Tim, I play guitar and am starting with the death vocals... well I'm about 3 or 4 months into it. I live in Canada, Lethbridge to be specific, and looking for a band with many metal influences of many types of metal to join or start. I will do either guitar, vocals or both when I can practice more with the multiple tasking.
I've been playing guitar for almost 2 years and have come a long way in such a short time. I can play fairly fast. The vocals are a work in progress, Not as deep as some guys, but not screechy... unless I wanna be  .

i suggest putting up in ad in the newspaper or flyrs in your local music stores. an online forum like this is not a good place to look because we have people from all over the world (usa canada australia belgium holland) so the odds of anyone living in your general vacinity are slim...although there are a few people who do live in the same city.

Is it so har to find other musicians? I could have started something like 5 bands eazy. But drummers are a problem though...
Try something on a more local board.

Yea, same here. More Guitarists though. Some of them play drums on the side, but its all about the top 40 type of rock in this stank town, and all the metal drummers are way more experienced and in bands  |
