Many years ago, Bolivia and Peru start a war on us , for frontier problems, so we kick them both ases and get all the coast of bolivia and some cities from peru, in the greatest war ever in this latitude, a war that is the mayor part of who Chile is now: "a proud country". So , the problem is that bolivia want to get his sea again, like if USA give Los Angeles back to Mexico
